Return & Exchange - Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, simply email cmichelebrand@gmail.com
  • Return Label: You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will receive store credit for an exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between store credit or an exchange.

  • Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
  • Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.


Refunds 

We will no longer issue refunds. All eligible returns will receive store credit or exchanges.

Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
