SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
  • Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • Lost or Misplaced Packages: Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, there are two options:

    1. Refund: The order amount (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded.

    2. Reshipment: We will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost one time only. If the order is returned again due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.
